What file formats do I get, and what software do I need to edit them?
You’ll receive layered PSD files (Figma versions included where noted), so you’ll need Photoshop or Figma to edit the Smart Object layers. Don’t know how to use either? No problem — our app gives you access to a wide range of mockups you can customize instantly, no design software required.
Can I use these mockups for commercial projects?
Yes. Personal license covers non-commercial use, while Commercial and Extended licenses allow use in client work, marketing, and product listings. Check the license options on each product page for exact terms.
What’s the difference between buying a mockup pack and using the app?
Mockup packs are ready-made scenes you download and edit yourself in Photoshop or Figma. The app lets you generate custom mockups instantly using pre-trained styles — no editing software needed.
Do I get future updates if I buy a pack?
Any updates or additional scenes added to a pack you’ve already purchased are yours for free — just re-download from your order history.
Can I get a refund if the mockup isn’t what I expected?
Since these are digital products delivered instantly, we can’t offer refunds after download. Preview images and included scene details are shown on every product page — take a look before purchasing.
Can I resell or redistribute the mockup files themselves?
No — you can use the mockups to present your own designs and products, but reselling or redistributing the source files (even edited) isn’t allowed under any license.
