Terms of Use
Last updated August 19, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to DKARTE Mockups at dikarte.store (the “Service”), operated by DKARTE (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
DKARTE Mockups is an online generator that places your artwork onto product surfaces — phone cases, devices, advertising mockups, and photos you upload — using automated (including AI) processing. Output is a preview image for catalogs, stores, and campaigns. The Service is provided as a paid credit-based tool, with one welcome download credit for new accounts (usable to unlock a catalog mockup, not to generate).
We may change features, catalogs, styles, and pricing. We do not guarantee that any particular template, device, or look will remain available.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- You are responsible for the email and password you use and for activity on your account.
- Provide accurate information. One person or business per account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, abuse credits, reverse-engineer the Service, or create chargeback risk.
3. Credits, plans, and payments
Generations and certain downloads consume credits. Credits are a license to use the Service — they are not money, have no cash value, and are not transferable.
- Plans. Starter, Creator, and Studio are prepaid access periods (monthly or yearly). You pay once for the chosen period. Credits are allotted each month while the plan is active.
- Expiry. Unused plan credits expire at the end of each allotment month and do not roll over. Extra credit packs you buy stay on your balance until used.
- Yearly. A yearly plan is billed up front at the yearly price shown at checkout (two months free versus paying monthly). Access and monthly allotments run for twelve months.
- Single mockup unlock. A one-time purchase can remove the watermark from a specific mockup without a plan. It is not a subscription.
- Checkout is processed by a third-party payment provider (for example Stripe or Lemon Squeezy). Their terms also apply to the payment itself, invoices, and taxes they collect as merchant of record where relevant.
Prices are shown in USD unless we state otherwise. We may refuse or reverse a purchase that looks fraudulent.
4. Refunds
The Service is digital. Once credits are allotted or a mockup is generated or unlocked, that purchase is generally non-refundable. If a payment failed to deliver access because of a fault on our side, contact hello@dikarte.store and we will restore credits or complete the unlock.
Where consumer law gives you a cooling-off right (for example in the EEA), that right may end once you ask us to start generating or unlocking files. Chargebacks used to obtain files or credits without payment are a breach of these Terms.
5. Your artwork
You keep whatever rights you already have in files you upload (prints, logos, photos, UI screens). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content only as needed to run the Service — including sending it to subprocessors that render mockups.
You warrant that you have the right to use everything you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else’s IP, privacy, or publicity rights, and is not illegal. You are solely responsible for using brand marks, celebrity likenesses, and copyrighted art in your uploads.
6. Generated mockups
Templates, scenes, 3D/AI setups, and the generator itself belong to DKARTE and our licensors. We do not sell you those assets as stock photography.
When a generation succeeds and you download it under a valid plan, unlock, or other paid entitlement, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use that mockup image for your own commercial and non-commercial marketing: product pages, ads, social posts, pitch decks, and similar. You may not:
- resell the mockup file as a standalone stock asset;
- use it to train competing AI or mockup tools;
- remove or crop out a DKARTE watermark unless you have purchased the corresponding unlock or have an active entitlement that includes unwatermarked downloads;
- claim that DKARTE endorses your product, or that the scene is an official photo from Apple or another device maker.
Output is produced by automated systems. It may contain artifacts, wrong geometry, or similarities to other images. We do not warrant uniqueness, print accuracy, color match to a physical case, or fitness for a particular marketplace listing. Always check the file before you publish it.
7. Public gallery
If you publish a mockup to the community gallery, you grant DKARTE a license to display it on the Service (including homepage and related modules) and to let other users remix the scene with their own artwork. You can keep a private copy in your history. We may reject, hide, or remove published items that break these Terms or our quality rules.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- create sexual content involving minors, or any illegal sexual content;
- generate malware, scams, or content that incites violence;
- attack, scrape, or overload our APIs, or probe other users’ accounts;
- upload malware or attempt to extract hidden prompts, keys, or source;
- share one paid account to bypass per-user credit limits in a way that amounts to resale of the Service.
9. Third-party services
Rendering, storage, and payments rely on third parties (hosting, object storage, AI providers, payment processors). Their outages or refusals can delay or block a generation. We are not liable for those providers beyond what the law requires.
10. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime or error-free AI output.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, DKARTE’s total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost listings, or indirect damages. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the minimum the law requires.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change, and continued use after the update means you accept the new Terms for future use. Material changes may also be noted in the product.
